A Chapter from her Story - THE AUTHOR

Susan says, the Author role in her life came in at a surprising turn, when she least expected it. She had  certified herself  at various yoga levels  (Level- 1, 2, 3 and 4) under the Ministry of Ayush, Yoga Certification Board. After an intense study in a span of 3 years in the field of yoga, having finally obtained the Teacher and Evaluator's certificate. She always knew besides taking both online & offline classes, her contribution  towards yoga would be much more  and turned to God in prayer, "What next"? and she says, " He  so amazingly directed me towards my teenage/childhood  desire of becoming an Author. And what better way than to write a book on yoga that i have personally experienced". She says, There may be many  books that she would be writing  and which would always have a touch of yoga in it .

 Happy reading!

My Vision

Susan wants to  reach out to maximum number of people regarding the holistic approach to life with the Body-mind-soul connection through her books The healing process starts in the mind, though the body is the first to heal.

- Her first book, titled "Yoga My Bhakti & Shakthi",  is a guide to a holistic approach towards leading a disciplined and fulfilled  life;

- Her second book, titled

"Count Your Blessings, name them one by one" is all about her life experiences. This book goes on to show the reader how healing, gratitude, and manifestations come when one surrenders to God.

- Her Third Book, titled "Soulful Cooking" describes her cuisine journey. She delves into her experiences and a wide range of recipes from vegetarian to non-vegetarian dishes, chutneys, pickles, biryanis, fries, desserts, and much more.

Susan hopes her books bring the reader the answers they need.
